About this programme
An exposure-based program designed to immerse trainees into technical environments, processes, tools and careers.
Who is it for? Youth groups, colleges and organisations seeking structured technical exposure — and individuals who want serious workshop time. Aged 12 and above, no upper limit.
Who it is for
Youth groups, colleges and organisations seeking structured technical exposure — and individuals who want serious time in a workshop rather than a taster. There is no upper age limit.
What makes it different
Technical Familiarization runs for twelve weeks in a single training area, which is long enough to stop being a visitor and start being useful. Fees are set per training area, because a welding bay and a sewing studio do not cost the same to run.
Courses and fees
Fees are per learner, per course. A one-off registration fee applies, and PPE can be added during registration.
